Dental clinic appointments, advice and assessment of the need for care. During office hours, assessment of the need for urgent and non-urgent care and booking appointment / referral to treatment if necessary.

You can cancel your dental appointment by SMS. SMS cancellations are processed on weekdays from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm and on Fridays from 8 am to 2 pm. The SMS service is only for cancelling dental appointments. Other matters or enquiries are not processed via SMS.

In the cancellation message, state:

• I am cancelling my dental appointment

• all first names and last name

• date of birth without the final four characters of the personal identity code

• date and time of the appointment

Your appointment has been cancelled when you receive a confirmation.

The text message cannot be longer than 160 characters. If there are more characters, the message will not be delivered.
